Carole-Ann Scott – TLC Associate English Tutor

A graduate in English Studies, Carole-Ann has worked as a fully qualified English teacher since 2005. Her career started at Larbert High School where she taught for seven years before taking up a position at the outstanding Jumeirah English Secondary School in Dubai. She is well versed in the Scottish curriculum, A Level, GCSE and IB.

Carole-Ann is passionate about learning extending far beyond the walls of the classroom. The Duke of Edinburgh Award and International Award have been a central focus of her student work. She has also led a month-long senior student expedition to Peru.

Beyond English, Carole-Ann runs Harper Scott Photo, an alternative family and wedding photography business. She enjoys documenting other people’s stories through her camera lens. A true passion.

When not running around with her camera, Carole-Ann can be found running around the Perthshire trails. She embraces anything between a 5km and half marathon.
